All our blinds are top-quality products backed by a lifetime warranty on their operation and a 5-year warranty on the product as a whole. Our mechanisms are silent and guaranteed for life*.

The warranty does not apply if the damage is caused by :

  • Accidents
  • Alterations
  • Misuse
  • Misuse or abuse out of the ordinary
  • Direct exposure to salty air
  • Incorrect installation
  • Cleaning and other maintenance

It will also be void if the product is moved from its original installation location.

All products will gradually lose their color intensity with prolonged exposure to the sun. Consequently, this phenomenon is not covered by the warranty.

Similarly, orders containing 25 or more identical products or delivered to a non-residential address are not covered by this warranty.

Replacement or repair of a product found to be defective is the sole remedy under this warranty, and in no event will we be liable for freight charges, costs of removal or reinstallation of a Blinds Parent product, or incidental or consequential damages.


We guarantee motors and remote controls against all defects in materials or workmanship under normal and proper use for a period of 3 years from the date of original purchase.

Stores Parent will repair or replace defective equipment that does not comply with this warranty. We accept no liability for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the use or inability to use the equipment

Delivery damage

In the event of shipping damage, notify the shipping company immediately and file a claim with Stores Parent within 2 business days. Before signing the bill of lading (proof of delivery), please check that the goods are in good condition and that the number of packages is correct. Blinds Parent's liability ceases as soon as the bill of lading is signed.

General terms and conditions

This Agreement and the documents referenced herein constitute the entire agreement between Blinds Parent and you with respect to the subject matter hereof. Stores Parent's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. In the event that any provision of this Agreement is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be void, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, such determination shall not affect the remaining provisions of this Agreement. By browsing Stores Parent, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. You acknowledge having read and understood these conditions. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms of use, you may not use Stores Parent and order products.

It is strictly forbidden to use any trademark or logo reproduced on this site without the prior written permission of their respective owners. You may not upload, post, publish, transmit, reproduce or distribute, in any way, any information or other material obtained from the Site that is protected by copyright or other intellectual property right, or derivative works thereof, without obtaining written permission from the owner of such right.

The Site and its contents are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Stores Parent declines all responsibility and gives no guarantee, in particular a guarantee of suitability for a particular purpose or a guarantee of the reliability and accuracy of the elements reproduced on the Site. Neither Stores Parent nor any of its directors, officers or employees shall be liable for any damages whatsoever resulting from any errors or information contained on the Site. Should such errors or information be discovered, Stores Parent will notify its customers as soon as possible. Please note that some items and colors may be slightly different from the illustration appearing on the Site.


Stores Parent will not be liable for the non-performance, in whole or in part, of its obligations to you, nor for any damages or losses you may suffer, if the non-performance, damages or losses result from an event of force majeure or a circumstance beyond its control.

Should Stores Parent be held liable to a customer, such liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer to Stores Parent for the purchase of products through the site. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the customer benefits from all the rights and obligations that a consumer may have under any applicable law or regulation.

Product description

Stores Parent makes every effort to ensure the utmost accuracy on the site. However, Stores Parent does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the Stores Parent site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by Stores Parent does not conform to its description, your only recourse is to return it to us in its original condition.


The price of our products is indicated in Canadian dollars, and applicable taxes will be added. All orders, regardless of origin, are payable in Canadian dollars. Stores Parent reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are always invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time the order is placed.

Payment and billing

Payment is made by credit card: Stripe, MasterCard or Visa on the secure Moneris site. The proposed fees must be paid in accordance with the payment procedure described during the registration process. The customer agrees to pay the total cost and charges related to the product purchased, including taxes. Stores Parent may modify the price after notifying the customer. The customer is solely responsible for the actual payment of the purchased product. The user alone is responsible for payment by credit card for the service offered. Stores Parent is not responsible for payment problems related to the operation of the Moneris e-commerce service

Please note that when you place an order through the site, you can print a preliminary invoice. The confirmation e-mail you receive shortly thereafter from Blinds Parent also constitutes a preliminary invoice.

Ordering policy

Order acceptance

Receipt by e-mail of confirmation of an order does not automatically mean that Stores Parent accepts the said order and does not constitute confirmation that Stores Parent undertakes to sell the products mentioned. Stores Parent reserves the right, without further notice, to refuse to do business with a customer and/or to set a quantity limit for any item in an order.

Incorrect order

We are aware that errors may occur when placing an order. This is why we strongly recommend that you check the accuracy of your order on the confirmation e-mail you receive.

If the error is ours, we will repair it free of charge If the error is yours, you can contact us within 24 hours of its submission to inform us of your changes.

* Additional charges will be added to any order modified or cancelled after these 24 hours.

Order by phone

Each customer who places an order by telephone is responsible for verifying and confirming each order. However, if for any reason a customer does not receive an e-mail confirmation, he/she should contact us to obtain one.

Delivery policy

Free delivery

All our blind deliveries are made free of charge across Quebec by ground delivery services. However, if we are unable to ship, you will be notified by our customer service department.

Delivery time

Our delivery time is 10 working days. Because we make our own products, we have excellent time management from production to delivery, and we do everything we can to meet your expectations.

Availability of merchandise

Stores Parent cannot guarantee the availability in stock of the products offered on the site. However, if Stores Parent is unable to deliver any of the products you have ordered due to insufficient inventory, Blinds Parent will notify you by e-mail when the product(s) ordered become available. Stores Parent shall not be held liable for any damages whatsoever resulting from insufficient inventory.

Risk of loss

All purchases of merchandise from Stores Parent are made pursuant to a shipping contract. This means that the risk of loss and ownership of the goods passes to you when we hand over the goods to the express courier.

Return policy

Can I return a custom-made product?

Only ready-to-install products that are not special orders can be returned or exchanged. Custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged. In the event of a defect or non-conformity related to the manufacture of the product, Stores Parent will be manufacturing again the product in accordance with the original order without making any changes to it.

How long do I have to return an item?

If you are not entirely satisfied with the quality of your product, you can return it to us within 10 days of receipt (for an exchange or refund). Unpacked products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable When you return a product, it must be accompanied by the invoice and an explanatory note.

How do I return an item for reasons other than a defect?

We do not accept returns of products that have been removed from their original packaging. You must assume the delivery costs and risks for returned products.

If you still have the original packaging, you can return it to the sender at your post office.

How will I get my money back?

Upon receipt of returned products, any amount charged to your credit card for Blinds Parent in respect of such products will be credited as soon as practicable, except for delivery charges, provided that the products being returned have been returned by you and received by Stores Parent in the same condition in which they were delivered to you.

If the defective product is no longer available (sold out or no longer on the market), Stores Parent will replace it with an equivalent product or a new version of the same product.

How do I return a defective item?

If an item is defective, it will be exchanged for a new copy of the same product. If Blinds Parent has not delivered the product you ordered, Stores Parent will send you the correct product.

* Please note that you are entitled to one replacement per product. Once the customer's order has been approved, we will be unable to issue a refund.
